I have been a yo-yo dieter and I have been fat, thin, just right. I have followed the fad diets, with no permanent results and I have been depressed and embarrassed to go out, especially in the summer when everyone is swimming. I have learned from experience that the only sure way to reach a healthy weight is to permanently change your habits. It’s not that hard and the results are great. I feel healthier and happier now that I have given up the fad diets. I don’t even hink about my weight now. All I do is enjoy my life! The secret is to eat a healthy variety of foods and exercise regularly. A thirty minute walk every day and playing games with the children is all it really takes. The best thing is that now I am at a healthy weight and fitness level I have the energy to do so much more with my life. Give away the fad diets and start on a healthy eating and exercise program for life. You will not regret it, I promise. |
